Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Pane Padel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Pane Padel ("we", "us", "our") sells padel apparel and related products through our website.
[Insert your full legal or trading name, registered business address, and company registration and VAT numbers where applicable.]
You can contact us at any time by email at team@panepadel.co.uk.
2. Using our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or are using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, product images are for illustration, and slight variations in colour, fabric, and finish may occur, particularly due to screen settings. Sizing information is provided as a guide.
All products are subject to availability. We may update or withdraw products at any time without notice.
4. Orders and how a contract is formed
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before it is accepted — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to authorise payment. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Customised and made-to-order products
Customised and personalised products are produced specifically to your specification once your order is placed. Because they are made to order, they cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun, and they are non-returnable except where faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please check all personalisation details — including spelling, sizing, and colours — carefully before ordering. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Price and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed.
While we work to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
7. Delivery
We will deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout. Any delivery dates or timeframes given are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the products, and ownership of them, passes to you once they are delivered.
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or charges levied on arrival.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order for standard, non-customised products within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Customised and made-to-order products are exempt from this right to cancel.
How to return or exchange an item, the condition items must be in, refund timescales, and your statutory rights are all set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the products we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If any item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered — including customised items — please contact us at team@panepadel.co.uk and we will put it right with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Intellectual property
All content on our website and products — including our name, logos, designs, artwork, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Pane Padel and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, and we are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, such as supply failures, extreme weather, or disruption to postal or delivery services. If such an event occurs, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise any delay.
13. Privacy and data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website at the time you place it. Please check this page periodically for any changes.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
16. Contact us
If you have any questions about these Terms or your order, please email us at team@panepadel.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
