Thank you for shopping with Pane Padel. This policy explains how we make and ship your order, and how long you can expect it to take.

Made to order

Every Pane Padel order is made to order. Rather than holding large quantities of pre-made stock, we produce each item only once you've placed your order.

This is a deliberate choice. Making only what's ordered helps us avoid overproduction, reduce textile waste, and cut down on the unsold garments that the clothing industry so often sends to landfill. It's a slower, more considered way to work — but a more sustainable one — and it means your kit is made fresh for you rather than sitting in a warehouse.

Processing and delivery times

Because each item is made to order, please allow a little more time than you might for off-the-shelf products. Orders typically take 7–15 days from the date you order to arrive, covering both the time to make your item and the time to deliver it.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. During busy periods — such as new launches, sales, or holidays — production and delivery may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we'll be in touch to let you know.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may take longer to arrive, depending on the destination and any customs processing.

Shipping costs

Any delivery charges that apply are calculated and shown at checkout, so you'll always see the full cost before you confirm and pay.

Where we ship

We ship across the United Kingdom. If we're able to deliver to your country, the available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been made and dispatched, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation by email, including tracking details where available. Please allow a day or two after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when you order, as we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, though additional postage may apply.

Delays and events outside our control

Once your order leaves us, delivery is handled by our carriers, and occasional delays can happen for reasons beyond our control — including extreme weather or disruption to postal and courier services. We'll always do what we can to help track down a delayed parcel, so please get in touch if something hasn't arrived within the expected window.

Customs and import duties

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are your responsibility as the customer.
